Personal contact service (LSS)
According to LSS, a contact person is a person who is responsible for supporting an individual in order to reduce their isolation and enable them to participate in community life.
The aim is to make it easier for the person to lead a more active and social life.
It is the service that provides the contact persons that must be authorised by IVO, rather than the contact persons themselves.
